Should the turtles do a musical/sing in the movie?

It's a fact that the boys play music. Like Mikey said to Raph in the first movie: "How we're gonna finish our Hip Hop christmas album, bro? You're the hype man!"

• So Raph's the hype man (definintion: backup rapper and/or singer who supports the primary rappers with exclamations and interjections, and who attempts to increase the audience's excitement with call-and-response chants).

The others are probably like this:

• Mikey's the lead vocalist (+keyboard).
  
• Leo's on the drums (+headbanging while he's at it).
  
• Don plays the guitar.

How's about that? And something I came up with for the lolz, their rap album could be like (inspired by Nicki Minaj's Anaconda):

Top news reporter, she was gettin some coins
Went snoopin on the mob, but was kidnapped by Shredder
