This episode could only work if you go into this completely cold so that you could be surprise by the thunder dome style death race.

The only thing that brought this episode down was the ham fisted today lesson on "true friendship" like how Uncle grandpa/steven universe cross over just have to have that storybook moral of accepting weird people. If it's going to be a wacky episode, then just let be a wacky episode.

It especially bug me that the show had repeat the falling off the building twice to get it's point across and with Mondo Gecko saying outloud. It was like in "Good, the Bad and the Casey Jones"'s scene of Casey pushing Raph out of the way from the train to establish that "And now they're friends" and did that type scene again in another episode. I said once and I'll say it again.

Subtlety is not their strong suit, but the surprise kept this from being some old ******** for me.
