Short Story from "Tales" Collected w/ Nobody

I was checking out the "TMNT Books" section over at the official site, and I noticed that the "Collected Tales of the TMNT" has a short story featuring the character Nobody. This story is not in "Shell Shock" and it appears to be the one piece of Mirage Continuity that I do not have. (Which of course frustrates me to no end

).

I was wondering does anyone have this? If so can you briefly describe the story? Is it any good? Is it worth tracking down?
