someone explain the later seasons to me

i stopped watching the later seasons i guess by season 6 or 7 when was the technodrome in the artic and underwater? i thought it was destroyed in the big blow out why is Dregg there and who was he? What happened to shredder and krang during that period? i need updates

IN a moment the gateway between earth and dimension x will be open for the first time...all those weapons guns from beyond our universe will be mine!! now to gain the power of dimension x!!!
