After spending several weeks looking for the new figures I suddenly found all of them this evening. Between five stores I ended up with nine new TMNT figures and a handful of DBZ figures.

The entire haul breaks down as follows:
Sun Prairie Walmart
TMNT Fighting Gear Donatello
TMNT Elite Guard
TRU east
TMNT Poseable Plush Leonardo
TMNT Armorized Shredder
DBZ Ser. 14 Kid Buu
DBZ Ser. 14 Vegeta
DBZ Ser. 14 Goku
Target east
Bubkis
Walmart east
DBZ Ser. 14 Teen Trunks
DBZ Ser. 14 Uub
TMNT Fighting Gear Leonardo (x2)
TMNT Fighting Gear Raph
TMNT Armorized Shredder
TMNT Fighting Gear Don
TMNT Fighting Gear Mike
