Just a personal list I was making for fun, jot down any episodes you have in mind. Here are the ones I remember:

1. The Incredible Shrinking Turtles: Shredder defeats all 4 turtles in a fight.

2. The Big Blow Out: Shredder defeats Splinter in a fight, before Leonardo and Michelangelo save him.

3. Name that Toon: Shredder defeats Donatello in a 1 vs 1 fight.
