Alright, so the intellectual rights to the TMNT are 100% Viacom.
How about the leftovers?

What about Fugitoid? Seems like he might still be Peter Laird's property since he got his start in his own book.

The rest of these are owned by their creators as I understand it:

Wild West C.O.W.boys of Moo Mesa- Ryan Brown

Has anyone thought through the possibility that we will never see another Usagi/TMNT crossover in any medium? Or even Fugitoid?
