Problem as a buyer/seller on e-bay?

I'm wondering what sort of situations you guys have had to deal with, and how they were resolved. I got this message this morning:

Now, several of you have dealt with me on here in the buying/selling/trading section and I have 370 positives on e-bay as well (I have 100% positive feedback) and I really don't feel that this guy has much of a case. It cost him $50 for the items and $50 for shipping. I've offered a $50 partial refund if he drops this, which I feel is fair-- he'll have no problem re-selling the two giant Fightin' Gear figures he bought from me so long as he didn't f*ck them up himself as a means of winning his case. Also, I don't know what happened when they went through customs. I do know that the figures, while not in PERFECT condition, were in very good shape when I mailed them despite having a small amount of cosmetic work done. I said I would ship them in their original boxes, I never said that I would go out of my to protect said boxes. I only hope that the person that I sold my three "naked" deluxe turtles to doesn't come at me with the same complaint in a few days.

As a seller, how worried should I be that I'm about to get f*cked up the @$$?
