No, she looks more like Gwen from Ben10 in my opinion.

I was thinking this would probably be the artistic direction they would go with it. The fact that Gwen aged throughout the Ben 10 series makes me think April might get a revamped design later into the series as well.

Man I was and still am a fan of SATAM.Yes,I was there from the beginning of that cartoon.Anyway,I can see more mutant allies and enemies with this as well.
