Who thinks Shredder cares for Krang deep down inside?

Think about it, why would Shredder risk his life to save Krang from Dregg and his soldiers in season 10? In season 8, when Krang was missing, Shredder threatened to kill April and the others if they didn't bring him back. Krang and him were like an old married couple back in the day, perhaps 'ol Shreddy cares for him deep down inside

Yes, I know they tried to doublecross each other in the past, but I still say he thinks of Krang as a buddy in the later years.
