That looks like the 11 inch figure. I don't see any articulation in its elbows.

Yeah that is not a basic figure, you can tell, those sai's on his back are not the ones that come with the basic figure. It looks like a 11" to me. Here is a pic of the 11" raph, looks like the same exact figure.

I have yet to see the sound fx and classic in store. I still need to get at least one Leo and Mike classic. I want to get another set of the four and at least two more to do a couple customs out of.

So, does anyone know what the future will be for the TMNT Classic figures? Will they have other figures other than the 4 guys? I just got Leo and Don in the mail today. They look awesome. I can't wait to order Raph and Mikey.

I'm really hoping they continue the line with Bebop and Rocksteady. I love how big and well put together these guys are.

I think it is still unknown at this time... If these classics sell well then we might see some more down the line... I am hoping we do... I would like to see Bebop Rocksteady, Shredder, April, Splinter and a whole bunch more...

I don't know. the marketability for figures other than the turtles is rough. I think assuming they do a 2nd wave of 4 figures we'll see shredder and splinter for sure. the other options are up in the air. would they chose april knowing she probably would not sell very well? how about casey jones? he's a bit more marketable. foot soldier? maybe fan favorites bebop and rocksteady since people are always clamoring for them and they're not in the new show, so at least they'd have some way to make figures of them?

Frankly no matter what they release, as long as the quality and articulation is similar I will buy anything that hits shelves (or amazon)

By the way... if anyone gets the Battle Shell Turtles, can you please do a review? I want to see a more in-depth look.

Was looking around on amazon at random items and I saw a little text link telling me that amazon had new turtles stuff.

It's basically a category listing that shows all the turtle figures and accessories

including the new sound FX turtles

I would think that they would definitly do Slash. He was popular enough to make the 25th anniversary rerelease and they could probably cheap out and build off of the Turtle bodies to make him.

Foot Soldiers for the Classic line would be a no-brainer - how many of us would just buy one? I'd need at least 6 - one for each turtle, and a couple of extras.

Personally, I'd be happy getting a Classic Shredder, Splinter, Casey, April, Foot Soldier and Krang - those are must-haves for me. Any secondary characters such as Mondo, Ace Duck, Rocksteady & Bebop, Slash etc, would just be gravy.

I'd even like to see some turtle variants - I'd kill for a set of well-done movie turtles, and I've wanted figures of the TMNT in their Stump wrestling outfits for 20-odd years now...

Thanks! I've only collected the original 1988 series figures but these new 2012s have me interested again. Seriously considering parting with my original 88s to help fund my new obsession for these 2012s.
