Let's gauge the LEGO TMNT interest here

*Zulithe* · 10-13-2012, 09:30 AM

Some seem excited, some not so much. A lot of TMNT collectors are so used to playmates, having other companies come in feels foreign :p So, what do you think?

Well, I already bought all the basic figures that have really come out officially, and I LOVE the TMNT minifigs. So... Both lol.

sykosis · 10-13-2012, 09:43 AM

I don't care who makes the toys, if the figures are made well I will invest my interest and money into them

**Jester** · 10-13-2012, 09:45 AM

I'm broke...but I do have a kid, and if I had to choose, I'd choose Lego. It's more creative play, and every boy (and most girls, really) need some Lego

*CyberCubed* · 10-13-2012, 09:48 AM

If this was 10 years ago I'd buy the Lego TMNT in a heartbeat, but as an adult I have no place to put them or build them.

I love that they're making them and they look awesome, but I'm not going to pick them up myself. I just hope this leads to a Lego TMNT videogame...

*NinjaMan* · 10-13-2012, 10:41 AM

Both. My 3 year old will like building these with me.

j56 · 10-13-2012, 12:00 PM

Just select figures, for me. I just don't have either the money or the space to devote to LEGOs, regardless of how awesome I think they are (especially the Star Wars stuff). :/

*Powder* · 10-13-2012, 01:26 PM

Both. But by both I mean I only want the Lego minifigures, not the whole sets.

That's what I wanted too, just the mini figures, but all 4 turtles are going to be seperated into different sets, which is kind of lame.

*TheCanadiandrome* · 10-13-2012, 04:09 PM

both for me! want it all!!!!!!!!!!

*Plasticplayhouse* · 10-13-2012, 04:25 PM

I'll only buy the playmates action figures to customize, but I'm sure my 6yr old son will want the legos. So I guess ill be buying both at some point.

Veedubguy83 · 10-13-2012, 10:18 PM

Both for sure... I love LEGO's and I love the new figures!!! A win win in my book...

*zkarlette* · 10-13-2012, 11:15 PM

It's Awesome all around, I still have the mega block version from the 4 kids series, definetly getting this new wave.

*Zulithe* · 10-13-2012, 11:48 PM

I will be getting both... but anyone who's been reading the NYCC LEGO thread probably knows that ^__^

Scud · 10-18-2012, 08:43 AM

I love Lego and love the Turtles. So that is a great combo.
I will probably pick up most Lego sets. I'm picking and choosing certain figures to get.

*Candy Kappa* · 10-18-2012, 04:57 PM

Huge LEGO fan, so. both.

Mighty Bebop · 10-19-2012, 08:46 AM

Probably just going to be seeking out the Lego minifigs, and that's it.

I'll be all over more "classic" releases from Playmates, though.
