This doesn't confirm they're in the show, just that they had concept art for them.

It's not confirmed for an episode the way Traag and Karai are.

Wingnut and Screwloose? What an unexpected delight. If they're attempting to be super heroes, that'll be hilarious. That makes me hope Deidrich Bader or better yet, Kevin Conroy is voicing Wingnut.

I hope Wingnut uses his blue design from Archie and the videogames rather than the fat brown design from the show and toy.

Although sadly from that sketch it looks like they're using the fat brown version.
