YJ for as 'popular' as it is, is still a niche show that never really 'broke through' with kids. Then you have the fact that the toy line failed miserably. At the end of the day YJ was expendable, Thundercats moreso! You go with the hot hand.

How can a TV show be mentally retarded. Learn to use the word literally correctly in the future.

You also can't just brush off those shows like they're only popular with kids since all three of them have pretty solid teen and adult fanbases Adventure time especially. Adventure Time also has continuity all over so that doesn't work either yo. Remember all of those classic CN shows before there were 'idiot' characters? Johnny Bravo was a stone cold genius.

I meant the character... I seriously think Spongebob the character is mentally retarded it would explain why he's a grown man and acts like a 5 year old... And to be honest I never like Johnny Bravo either -shrug- as for Adventure Time I just think the show looks horrible animation wise it looks like they weren't trying...

But to TMNT... Any idea who's vociing Leatherhead?

Did Leatherhead have a cajun accent? I wouldn't mind hearing it in this series, it would suit - especially as he looks very alligatorish and not croc.

The way they've been presentin' ol' LH in the previews seems like he'll be more ally-ish like in most incarnations. He's consistently been one of my favorite characters in pretty much everything he's been in, so I have high hopes for him tomorrow.

And f**k Adventure Time. There's nothing even remotely entertaining about that filth.

The commercials for the show only worsen my opinion... they make the show look so stupid... and I despise the Regular show because the commercial's are so annoying...

One reason I like Leatherhead being a villain is so the Turtles can actually fight him. When he's good the only fighting he does is against other enemies.

its funny. i have a bunch of friends with graphic design, sequential art and animation degrees (3 friends each with one of said degrees). they say (as does anyone who has any kind of clue) that adventure time and regular show are highly regarded in the industry FOR their design and animation (and story-telling and voice acting and innovation...etc). and spongebob is legendary and iconic at this point. everyone's entitled to their own opinion, sure, but if you dont wanna look like a blow-hard, you should try and have a 360 degree view on what you're "snobbing" at or about.

oh, and the nick show is garnering all kindsa respect within the same circles, which is AWESOME!

i havent seen leatherhead as a straight up villain for so long, so it'd be cool to see that, but i'm kinda glad its leaning away from that, if only because its a respite from all the evil mutants we've gotten. pigeon pete aside, theres not really any mutants on the turtles side. hopefully leatherhead fills an ally role well, if thats were he ends up.

The Turtles do need some mutant friends. Mondo Gecko or Napoleon Bonafrog are probably the first two they'd bring back, or maybe Ray Fillet.

I've always seen all of them possible except maybe Jaguar and Dreadmon, since they only appeared in Archie and never got any toys, they're more obscure.

I'd say Napoleon, Mondo Gecko, Ray Fillet, Mona Lisa or Merdude are possible bets. Wingnut/Screwloose might be villains though.
