Click "Share" below the video, and you should get a link that looks like this:

http://youtu.be/ZnOzv55JVGY

Copy the 11-character code that comes after the last slash:

ZnOzv55JVGY

Click the

button, then paste that code where the cursor is (between the [YOUTUBE] tags). It should now look like this:

[YOUTUBE]ZnOzv55JVGY[/YOUTUBE]

When you submit your post, it will look like this:
