Did a bit of digging. IDW's weekly newsletter (which is normally pretty reliable) has it listed as next week (Jan. 16). However, nearly EVERY other source (including Diamond) doesn't have it listed and even my local shop said it was delayed and listed as TBD. Even someone at IDW close to the TMNT doesn't know.

I very rarely can't find a concrete source to confirm things but, unfortunately, I think all signs point to a delay of TMNT #18.

Wha..? The comic was EARLY last month! It's STILL early now! Remember how it used to be the last wednesday of every month? We're earlier now! You have no idea how hard that is to pull off.

Geez, you guys get more than one issue a month (usually), each and every month!

Looks to be the 23rd. Just today it appeared on Diamond's final ship list for the 23rd so that's almost always gospel.

I ain't bitching. You guys might have delays from time to time but you've always hit the target month. It took the Image run of Turtles 3 years to release 23 issues lol. You guys did that much in 2012 alone.

Just bustin' yer chops.

Delays are a staple of the TMNT and we all joke about it. But you guys are in great standing anyways, delays come but it's not like you ever miss a month or anything. It's small scale. We're just junkies in need of a quick fix!

I don't worry about the release schedule. My comic shop were jerks and didn't actually stock the microseries so I just have heavyink take my money when new turtle comics come out. If its getting a lot of hype on here and I haven't gotten it in the mail I'll buy it via comica. Take that local comic shop!!!!

I always figured to expect Turtles on the last week of the month, that way if it ends up coming out before that it's a treat!

Well, it looks like I spoke too soon. Just today Diamond removed TMNT #18 from their Jan. 23 list and it's again TBD. Secret History of the Foot Clan #2 is the only TMNT book listed for Jan. 23. So, unless they are mistaken, it looks like #18 is going to be Jan. 30.

Unless someone above my head has fussed with the release order (possible, but i'm not sure how, in terms of the printer though), that sounds wrong. Foot Clan is always a last minute approval, so it really should be the last week of the month. Ongoing we definitely approved well before Foot. My main question was whether it would be this week or next.

I suppose it's still possible that it will hit the 23rd but it's no longer listed in any of today's lists for the 23rd. Foot Clan #2 hasn't budged from the 23rd at all but #18 has been all over the place.
This sure has the feel of a Diamond distribution screw-up.

My Dimension X copy from eBay is marked as shipped as of today. But my LCS didn't have any copies of the regular retail covers yesterday. Anyone manage to pick this up?

It seems the regular copies have not yet come in to any LCS but my Dimension X was also marked as shipped. Likely a Diamond Dist. thing...they likely don't distribute the RE covers (or don't distribute them the same way).
