I'm really not liking the Leatherhead figure. The color they chose is just too dark.

Has anyone had eyes on the actual figure for Leatherhead and not just a pic?
Is he tragically small like Dogpound?

Also all this telling me not to taste the ooze has made me want to taste it.. because.. I am a giant manchild

That must have been what I tasted the other night! haha It was so nasty and I thought it was some soap residue but must have been the ooze. It makes sense now cause it happened the day I bought it too.

This person has been reporting on things from UK Toy Fair, so they definitely saw the figures in-person. They just haven't given any detailed descriptions of any of them:
https://www.facebook.com/TMNTClassics

You can sort of guesstimate his size based on this photo from the horribly mashed together preview video:

I would say yes, as you would put it, he's "tragically small" like Dogpound. Personally I think he's actually a pretty decently sized figures given his design, and the limitations given to this action figure line size-wise. Also, expecting a large character like Leatherhead to not be a too-small-for-proper-scale figure is just setting yourself up for disappointment. Just like Dogpound, there was no way he wasn't going to be that way.

judging by the pic, leatherhead looks to be smaller even than DP. of course you can't expect LH or DP to be the same size they are on the show, that said i like the size of the DP figure. if LH is smaller than DP i will be disappointed, i would like to put them up against each other.

with that in mind what figure from the new line that we already have is your most favorite and which figure is your least?
mine: MF= Dogpound, LF=Shredder

MF=Don/Mikey (best head articulation) LF=Shredder/Foot Soldier (Worst articulation overall)

I'm not so bummed about the mutated bad guys not having articulation, but I at least thought the extra effort would go in to the human baddies. I at least want THEM to be able to do all the kick-@$$ poses I can do with the turtles....they ARE ninjas too after all.....geez.

....anyway the patrol buggies and anchovy alley have been THEE WORST to find for me. Still can't find 'em. Picked up the Sewer Cruiser and Drop Copter today and they are the shiz-nit!!! Even though I've seen that Copter design in earlier incarnations of figure lines. Everything else has been a cinch to find though...

Went to the Bronx,NY Toys R Us and omfg!! They have stock beyond stocks of TMNT figures, vehicles, battle shells,oozes,t-phones, pizza place, etc. a dream come true. My jaws dropped! I brought my boys The phone and buggies. I was short on cash to purchase all 4 ooze, so I wind up buying mike/Ralph buggies for myself instead, which I was missing. Ill be going back this week for the ooze though. Can't believe I had them in my hands and with the display box too. My wife saw how sad I was and was going to purchase them for me but I told her not to. Stupid me! LoL
She did enough by purchasing the whole McDonalds figures with display a few weeks ago

My local Walmart in Manitoba has the shelf signs up for the vehicles and anchovy alley plus the ooze flingers pegs but they haven't received the stock.
Took them five months to bring in Dog Fish and Metalhead.
Find myself becoming the Norm of Walmart, being that I have been going there every morning for the past two weeks.
That being said it is almost time to go.

Went to my local TRU in Niles,Ohio today. Finally! Turtle stuff was filled on the shelves! They had Dogpound,Fishface,Splinter, metalhead, and the turtles figures. They had OOze Mikey and Donnie figures, but no Leo or Raph. Mikey's face was messed up. It was cool seeing those in person though. Also, there was the turtle comm, the new vechiles, one Raph and Mikey buggy, and the mutagen ooze.

I bought the turtle comm and all 4 mutagen oozes with mini turtles! I almost bought the Raph/Mikey buggies, but didn't. In the near future,I'll prolly get those when Leo/Donnie's buggy come out. Yes,the numbers are correct for finding which turtle is in the ooze! Look for these numbers on the bottom of the containers. If you don't know already,it's as follows:
NN2317A-Leo
NN2317B-Don
NN2317C-Mikey
NN2317D-Raph

Weird that the TMNT ooze is so nasty! I remember Ghostbusters slime being delicious back in the day.
