I DEFINITELY regret not buying another April to keep in packaging. I am shocked by how quickly they took her off shelves. I am glad I have the one, but another that I could have kept MOC would have been nice.

I have my doubts that she is off shelves for good... but in future case assortments she will probably be even more shortpacked than she is now.

Still, if I see another one in stores I'm definitely buying it just in case.

I wish playmates would actually release some info on what figures come in what cases, and how many of each are in said case. That would make merch hunts a lot easier.

That can be a double edged sword too. It also means that any person interested in action figures or collectible toys in general would start targeting those short packed figures because they're the "rare" ones.

I can't believe April is so tough to find now. I didn't get her because I don't like her new look. I just can't accept her as a teen. I always think of her as a 20-something year old.

I prefer her near the same age as the turtles :p But yeah I know that goes against the entire history of TMNT up until Nick. Still, I feel it works nicer.

Kraang was short packed with the very first shipment at launch, only one per box. Why there were so many at Christmas time in Oregon I can't say for sure. Now they are short packed again.

Maybe they shipped all the April's and Splinter's to the UK as they are the only ones that seem to be on shelves over here!! haha!

Just cam back from TRU. None of the new basic figures (Leatherhead, Baxter or Snakeweed) but they did have a lot of the new mutagen ooze products. They had to have at least 50 to 75 ooze turtle figures, 15 pizza play sets, 20 ooze copters/sewer cruisers and they also had a lot of the ooze itself. They got a few more deluxe vehicles with figures in too. I looked through the pegs in hopes to find the new figures, and, i'm not even kidding, they had nothing but turtles. I'm serious, there were no bad guys, no Splinters, no Aprils, nothing besides turtles. It was kind of strange, I wonder if they're even shipping the secondary characters out anymore...I'm going to check back next week, hopefully they'll have them in by then.

One thing I'm really looking forward to Snakeweed besides his awesome figure, is what side is he going to be labeled on and if his bio gives us some info we don't know about him. We know there's the Ninja Turtles, the Foot and the Kraang. I wonder who's side he's labeled as maybe the foot since the toy fair said that he's going to be one of Shredder's minions.

w...t...f? if they are seriously offering case assortments that have nothing but turtles then that is bad news and can explain the shortage of secondary characters lately. retailers know the turtles sell the most so they are choosing to ONLY order the turtles... which is a mistake
