I think we do a good job separate the actor from the character they play. I have no interest in meet Biggs in person but the guy can say what he wants. I do agree that Nick should try and distance themselves from Biggs' comments.

If you honestly feel like something inside you died because a voice actor doesn't behave exactly like his character, you need your brain examined.

Biggs is awesome. While it's not a good idea for them to link to his twitter account, I'm glad Nick would hire (and keep hired) someone like Biggs instead of only employing people with an always-on sterile family friendly image.

That picture with Splinter and Leo is hilarious, and the fact that Jason's using it shows that he gets the jokes about him being Leo and how people are reacting to it. I may not agree with what he says all the time on his Twitter, but he has the right to say what he wants. Nick shouldn't link to the account if they know it has stuff that isn't kid friendly.

I think Ciro is ballsy enough to do it I would totally love that to happen. Anyone too young for pie-sex jokes wouldn't get the reference anyway, so why not.

It's no one's fault but Nickelodeon for continuing to link to his Twitter account when it is very obvious it is not children friendly. I am actually extremely impressed with the job Biggs has done as Leo so far and I would really mad at Nick if they fired him for his own opinions about nonsense on Twitter which has absolutely nothing to do with the show.

Actually, I follow Biggs, myself, and I think he's pretty darn funny. He can do whatever he wants in his free time.

People in America are free to say what they want, but businesses are also free to hire and fire as they see fit. And if Biggs attracts too much negative attention to Nickelodeon with his tweets, they could put pressure on him to stop, or worse. I find this trend of athletes getting punished for what they say on their personal twitter accounts (without even committing crimes) very disturbing, and I don't want to see it happen to actors. We're getting to a place where you can't even be yourself outside of work...

BUT. Considering how much internet hooplah was caused before, and that Biggs never missed a beat, I think it's pretty safe to say that Nick didn't even confront him over it.

But they ought not link to his personal twitter. That's just not smart.

It's not that silly of an idea. Back in the day on NinjaTurtles.com they would write letters from the turtles and post them on the website. The letters would be about what's going etc... I saved as many as I could here... And I also believe you used to be able to email or write to your favorite turtle through the site.

So I don't think the idea is silly but I do think the voice actors need to be recognized and not put in the dark based on their past performances or because of something they said. People need to get a grip.

I'm going to have to disagree with you, Konchadunga. While he may be a buffoon around Karai, he still does not resemble Biggs in anyway. This stuff was probably written on the script anyway before Biggs came on. It's not Biggs who wants this. Leo hasn't become stupid over Karai because of Biggs. That's just Nickelodeon's idea. Besides, wait until Leo finds out that Shredder is her father. That will really get him angry.

Besides, Biggs does not have one thing that Leo does - honor. Leo is a leader to his team, a strategic thinker, a skilled ninja warrior, and a responsible hard-working individual that knows the difference between right and wrong. Biggs, on the other hand, is a washed up comic actor who is a bigot, an obnoxious jerk, and does not care what is right and wrong. There's a big difference.
