Foreshadowing in the Show

Saber16 noted in the Pulverizer Returns thread of how a conversation between Mikey and Donnie seemed to foreshadow Pulverizer's mutation. Mikey wanted to pour mutagen on himself to become a super mutant, and Donnie says he will become "a pile of goo on a sidewalk."

That got me thinking. This show foreshadows a lot:

-Karai said her name was Harmony; Miwa means harmony in Japanese
-Every Space Heroes segment alludes to what will happen the episode (like when Captain Ryan fell in love with a villian in The New Girl in Town)
-Bradford and Xever get flushed down with sewer water in Enemy of my Enemy; they mutate in the same manner in The Gauntlet

I'm sure there are more instances of foreshadowing, can you guys think of anymore? Also, what things seem to potentially foreshadow future revelations (besides the whole Karai/Miwa thing)?
