I'm really curious about how they're going to do Kirby's mutation. Will he become a mindless beast, or still remain intelligent?

Also, I updated the first post of the thread with a new picture and layout. Thanks for helping out with that information too, Machias.

While I agree that there are more important things to talk about in season two, I am already putting my money on the table and saying that the narrator was Irma. I doubt it was Zach considering: we didn't see any early concept art of him and since it's confirmed that Irma is already going to be in the show (nothing was said about Zach) and we saw that clip of her of being hit with a puck by Casey in the school hallways and from what it looks like (in my opinion) it looks they want to make her look like a dork; I got a dork vibe when hearing the narration.

Sorry guys. The only reason why I am making a "big deal" is because Irma is one of my favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters and I am just happy she is going to be in the new incarnation.

I honestly don't understand why people are saying this is Irma. It sounds like a little boy. Would a high school girl really sound that?

IDK...after hearing it a few times...it does kinda sound like a girl....I wouldn't mind if it turned out to be Irma's voice.

Thing is, if it's not Irma, who else could it be? You would think we'd have heard about any little boy characters that would be important enough to be used as a trailer's narrator by now. It is too early to tell for sure though.

Either way, I'm sitting here trying to figure out why the voice sounds so familiar either way...I'm thinking Candi Milo maybe.

Yes? :p It's relevant because the gender of the person could be an important clue. Is the narration a new character or a random citizen recounting things they have witnessed? It could be Irma or Zach for example. The later is probably a long shot though since we have no evidence of that.

I agree with this. This speculation is as bad as people saying Pulverizer was going to be Newtralizer lol.

You...kinda glossed over the point of the rest of my post there. I meant that the fact that they're the trailer narrator is possibly an indication that it's a character that's going to come into play in the show. We can tell it's not Casey. It's certainly not Mutagen Man or Slash. Who else do we have left that we know for a fact is coming? Irma.

I could easily be wrong and it's just a generic character's line in an episode or something, but using that for a trailer would be a little odd to me.

I fail to see how speculation in of itself is a bad thing...it could be bad when it goes in a circle with just one person thinking something with absolutely no evidence to back it up, but this is people making an educated guess about something from the trailer. Yeesh, it's like some of you just hate discussion.

I fail to see how speculation in of itself is a bad thing...it could be bad when it goes in a circle with just one person thinking something with absolutely no evidence to back it up, but this is people making an educated guess about something from the trailer. Yeesh, it's like some of you just hate discussion.

Plenty of cartoon have used voices just for narration that have no bearing to the cast of characters. It's not uncommon.

It was a very valid theory. There is a very long history of nerdy and/or annoying human characters changing/mutating/otherwise being transformed into badass characters, in all forms of media. TMNT isn't exactly known for its unforseen twists, a lot of stuff is pretty easy to see coming. It was an incorrect theory but one with a lot going for it.

About as solid as saying Metalhead and Leatherhead are related because the names are similar lol. And that's exactly the reason people were using.
