This one's obvious. From the sound of it, the Kraang or the Foot might know their looking for the mutagen and used it to lure them in an ambush-
That would be interesting if someone has set up some traps with mutagen as bait in parts of the city to wipe them out, slow them down or maybe just to mess with them.
Whatever the case, something obviously happened before hand, otherwise why have him say it?

So it's an ambush by the Foot. Since their in on the mutagen hunt, they'll probably try to recover some of their shipment to carry out their plan, and might possibly set up more traps for the turtles - The heroes may have Donnie's mutagen gear, but it's a four man team in a single group so far, while Karai has countless underlings she could have searching all over the city, no clue if they have anything to track the mutagen down with. But even so, because of how many there are, they could cover far more ground in less time.
If I had to guess... The foot may be able to collect the most canisters that are in plain sight and gather them in one place, while the Turtles focus on the more obscured ones out of plain view or have wound up in someone else hands. Then when they get the chance, go after the rest of the mutagen the foot stole, if it's all in one place, they'd just have to figure out how to gather it all at once- or dispose of it on the spot.

"It's half empty, but... one more mutagen canister recovered."
The way he worded it, it sounds like they've already found some mutagen since the ship accident.

I guess it's obvious, they're able to snatch at least one can of ooz by the end of episode 2.

All sound good besides the shellacne one. Also, I assume we'll see Irma in "Target: April O'Neil". Thanks for the descriptions, I'll update the OP.

One very cute fan art suggested that every time Leo and Raph fell out when they were growing up, Raph told Spike.

e.g. Leo took the last cookie, Leo keeps bossing me around, Leo's a big fat jerk.

So when Spike mutates, first thing on his mind is sorting out Leo 'the bully'.

Did make me laugh.

I have to laugh at the idea of Raph telling Spike if Leo's ticking him off. Sounds like something he'd do. Can't wait for these other episodes for sure.

Maybe Raph is just in a bad mood that day, so every one Leo most of all has to pay for it now

The April episode sounds meh, reminds me of another show Bleach that shows what's going on with normal human characters while the craziness happens. I think Casey and that girl ( Who name escapes me at the moment ) Show up though, looking forward to Casey

I hope we get another Leo V.S Karai fight here since she shows up, after what he found out his reactions are going to be priceless

Isn't Casey Jones supposed to debut in the Mutagen Man episode? All the previews they showed over the summer showed Casey save April from Mutagen Man.
