Yeah, I think Nick is doing this because of the holidays so they want to give families a chance to do holiday things. I think that's fine if they want to do that and save the new episodes until after New Year's. They've done this before so it doesn't surprise me that they're doing it again.

Couldn't you buy the episodes off of the US version of Amazon? (Should Amazon.uk not have them.) That's what I do. I live in the US, but I don't have a TV, and I don't want to wait one or two months for the Nick site to finally show the 'latest' episodes.

You might have to pay a pound or two, but it's better then waiting for a few months.

Edit: P.S, I think the US transaction does automatic conversion into British pounds. I'm not 100 percent sure, but I know it does it on Ebay.

Sigh yeah, that's true. Still, it makes me want to bury my sorrows in pizza and have a marathon consisting of the first 6 s2 episodes in my instant video library. 7 isn't that bad. Maybe they'll start showing episodes a little earlier in Jan than they did this past year.

These rerun breaks are horrible. I don't understand why they don't air half the season and then stop.

They should have went up to episode 13. Then air the next 13 eps around February.

Sometimes we need a 'week off' of turtles so we can do other stuff, like sleep in or whatever. Whenever there's a rerun I'm more free to do other things rather having to wait til 11:30 to really start my day.

Forget the "week off", it's not like you can't watch it outside of the initial airing...

Nick is probably doing the rerun breaks to give the producers more time to complete season 3.

Or season 2 even. I seem to remember someone saying they work on an episode until it's almost scheduled to air. To make sure it's the best it can be.

I had a week off... Coz last weekend end was the Dr Who 50th weekend, so all things Who were being watched all week.
Everything was out on hold... Yes, including Turtles. No worries. As Powder says, it can be watched outside its air time. I'll catch up with this, sleepy hollow, Dracula, shield and arrow on Saturday. I watch way to much TV!

Eh I usually just watch the initial airing. Don't really have the free time to browse the web for it later on. I'm lucky it's on at a day and time I can actually work around to get to see most of the time.

Since Slash is obviously not going to be in every episode, I wonder why they're going to have him move out of the lair. I mean he lived with them all this time, it would be strange for him to leave.

According to Corey he only recorded two Slash episodes so far, so after he leaves in next weeks he only comes back one more time up to whatever it was in Season 2 they recorded.

I know the initial cart became the shellraiser but there was more than one I think?

Or he could shack up with Snakeweed, Spiderbitez or the stray squirrelanoid.
