I don't think so. That looks to be in the finishing touches of production, if so, that would be later in the Season 2. Season 3 is probably only still in script compilation and voice acting phase. Nothing in Season 3 would be animated and that far along right now. I would say that's about another 8-9 episodes away.

It's coming this season. They showed his design sheet at one of the cons earlier. I think we'll see it in his 3rd appearance or after. They wanted to build him up slowly.

theyve said it takes 3 episodes for casey to become the vigilante. so my guess is well atleast see some of this in his next episode. maybe not full go, but atleast see him start. looks incredible

Considering that he's seen in his costume in the intro, and his action figure coming out is of him in his costume...I'd say no. What would make you think that it won't appear until season 3?

Action figure? When was that announced ? Finally the Jones is ready to take on the streets. I wonder if he will interact with purple dragons.

Doesn't he also weak a mask too? I think he uses the face paint at first and then switches to the traditional hockey mask later on.

I agree, I actually prefer the new mask as apposed to the olders one.

This hiatus is killing me! Nick could at least reveal 2 or so episode titles. I feel like Stimpy at the end of a few of those old R&S episodes. What'll we do til then?!

Yeah, I'd at least like to know when the show's going to start up again, but I can understand that it's going on hiatus due to the holiday season. Most shows are doing that right now. Glee had their holiday episode last week and won't be returning until February, and Chicago Fire is having their fall finale tonight. So, it doesn't surprise me that this is happening.
