Anyway as you can clearly see in the pics, while I am pretty happy with the sets, the turtles included have outfits/uniforms on. I think it looks cool, but I already own the original LEGO TMNT figures where they look just like in the show with no clothes.

If you want them in their more 'classic' look -- make sure to get some of the earlier TMNT sets. Some of those could stop appearing in stores soon so don't delay.

^ spot on! that is some crazy luck because I JUST woke up, logged on to some sites, saw it and posted it! You could easily have beat me by a longer shot if I'd slept in hehe

I figured they'd use those wings for Kirby. Anyway these might not be 100% final so his design could be a little improved in the final versions. For example in the minifig he has two normal arms, but he definitely doesn't in the show. LEGO may overlook that though, I'm not sure I've seen them create entire custom arms for minifigs before.

Now let's see that Leatherhead set!

Ahahaha, yup! Definitely underwhelming compared to the potential of, say, a Casey Jones figure or something.

We'll just have to hope these sell well and we get another wave of sets with more of our favorites

The fact we get Vic over a Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy mini figure for Spongebob astounds me....

Well at least you can use his torso and bottom to make your own Carl from ATHF...

TMNT movie sets will be Turtle Van Takedown, Big Rig Snow Getaway, Turtle Lair New figs: Leatherhead, Spiderbytez, Kirby Bat, Karai (movie and show versions). Differently styled Turtles in the movie sets, much darker. Splinter has short legs.

I was hoping you guys had something we didn't have in the movie forum, but I guess not... There are some movie LEGOs at the London Toy Fair, which started today. But I asked the author in the comments, and he said there was no photography allowed.
