This version of Mikey looks like a total druggie to me. It's like they literally based his design on modern pot-users and druggies who hang around street corners.

The tattoo on his shoulder and bald head reminds me of all those "tough looking" hispanic and black people that act tough on the street but are really sensitive teddy bears on the inside.

Without bringing race into it, lots of people smoke pot - not that they should, necessarily, I'm not going there - but they don't have a "look". Just as many doctors, lawyers, and teachers smoke pot as do your stereotypical urban teenagers. Just saying.

That drawing of Mikey does look kind of "gangsta" but neither race nor drug use is necessarily implied. Your worldview is puzzling.

However all those stereotypes in movies/tv shows and GTA wouldn't even exist unless they were there in real-life in the first place.

Stereotypes only exist because that's how people act and it became mainstream.

I'm also noticing a lot of Indian's (hindu) have picked up the same type of slang at least where I work. They're all from India yet they talk and act with the same type of way as a lot of the other black/hispanic people do where I work.

I can deal with most of the descriptions I've heard leo sound cool and I like the bandage idea for raph but that picture of mickey looks a little outdated, I mean if you were attempting to modernize him why not go for headphones or something...not a sweatshirt tied around his waist.
