What about Groundchuck and Dirtbag? They seemed like they were supposed to be the third most notable mutant pair of henchmen after Bebop/Rocksteady and Rahzar/Tokka.
They even were bosses in TMNT III for NES. I always got the feeling that Groundchuck and Dirtbag were originally intended to be far more important characters than they were. |
