The shells are pretty high. It seems like it covers most of the back of the head. Other than that... I think these are okay designs.

I'm honestly nonchalant about the whole thing, I mean we have seen many many iterations of the turtles, that by now this doesn't phase me

I mean this is nothing compared to SUPER MUTATION and Turtle Saint

I am relieved that the turtle don't have humanoid faces.
I think that the turtles have too much clothes on. I don't think the turtles need sandals they just don't go well with them.

I don't like the way shredder looks, he looks more like a monster than a ninja war lord.

The designs could have had some tweaking since these were made. That is something to keep in mind.

Seen that too! Pretty neat. On M. Ivey's FB she says she was requested not to discuss or share the pictures. I wonder if these will be disappearing from sites soon.

Man the designs have exploded across the Internet now. All over other forums and twitter lol. Guess that's what happens when you do t release concept art or a trailer fast enough. Platinum dunes and bay deserve this early leak.

Love all the complaints about Raph being too big.

Did everyone miss.....EVERYTHING else where they all have huge arms and legs?

Designs look awesome. Really excited about this thing. I had doubts on Shredder but he looks pretty neat.

lol at the flip-flop comments here from people.

The designs don't look bad; still not a fan of the nostrils. Don't think I ever will be even if, yes, turtles have nostrils.

Out of everything, Don's cybertech gear and especially Raph's bandanna are whats killing me the most.

Also, in the second pic, in the far, far back... is that a foot ninja? maybe they have a more familiar appearance to us under those racist masks?

Sorry. I'm still not a fan and think they look awful. And my favorite, Raphael, looks like a giant Steroid Abuser and has enough bandanna tails to wipe his ass with. And I agree with the other commenter about Donatello, it does look like he's got a damn Vacuum Cleaner.

I know I'm alone in that, but oh well. Don't get mad at me, the majority enjoys it so who cares.

Leonardo has a prettier face and eyes than most girls I know.

Man, I wish they wouldn't have added all that extra gear. If the comics/Nicktoon try to copy that look, it won't be good for me. Shredder has a lot of armor and looks like a badass, yet he doesn't look like his body frame would be strong enough to carry all that metal. But if the fights are good, I may be able to overlook all the added gear. Yet I am still hoping at some point in the movie, they lose it. The added gear/full head bandanas (which it looks like Raph has) was one of the first major things that immediately turned me off to "Next Mutation".

Maybe I miss read this somewhere, but didn't someone state that the fights are choreographed by the people that did The Raid redemption? If so that would be amazing.

Oh, I don't know about that? But if they are, it'd be good. I'd like to see a serious, even somewhat brutal fight between them and Shredder (with weapons) if at all possible.

They said that they would be looking at Raid for fight scenes but they will not come even close, the thing about raid is that it feels real, they are not pulling dummy punches, at times they are actually punching each other, i don't see them doing that here....
