Seems like the Dragons migh need some improvements like the Foot, more members then just 3 would probably do.

In series filled with great action scenes, the fight on the train is probably my favorite! I love the way the footbots move its so creepy, when he used the momentum of the train to fly towards Casey and Raph, that was pure win.

They'd better be Chinese! All of the Purple Dragons in this show are Chinese! If Bebop and Rocksteady are Purple Dragons and not Chinese, I'll stop watching it and spam Ciro with e-mails until he goes bald!

It's sort of hinted the Purple Dragon's are more then just those three members. For example in Mouser's attack when Fong hands April's phone to Dogpound he says "One of our guys swiped this..."

The animators only had the budget for Fong, Tsui, and Sid. So we may see more.

The episode itself was very good, however I'm really puzzled as to why they aired this episode before "The Kraang Conspiracy".

Yeah, I'm sure they felt this episode was a good follow up to the Slash episode, but I feel they should have kept this part of the story in order.

"Kraang Conspiracy" is supposed to be April's first episode back since reuniting with the Turtles, now that they've flipped these episodes around, the manner will seem awkward from the show before. Which will also mean Casey more than likely won't be in this upcoming episode either since he hasn't met them also.

Hell, April's last appearance ended with her hugging and kissing Donnie on the cheek, to zero interaction at all. I also remember reading someone's comment that Donnie was like an afterthought in this episode and looked weak. I definitely agree with that, Donnie seemed...lost in my view. I'm almost wondering if something happened that would cause that.

I don't know, maybe I'm nit-picking, but April's story is very important and flipping episodes around that effect her story continuity I feel is a bad idea.

Ok. I finally got to see the latest ep of TMNT which was basically yet another version of "Meet Casey Jones" (altho it's usually Mikey that Raph is about to kill...this time it was Leo... huh..). I loved the ep and twas a nice cameo for Irma (I wonder who voices her?).

But what got me was something Casey said. He has a sister. Um...what? A SISTER?! For 30 years he was an only child and now he has a sister?! I wonder what her name is??

Yeah Casey saying he has a sister is a weird line to say if they don't plan on introducing her. There was no reason to mention any siblings if they didn't plan on showing them.

I think it might be Angel, and it would be a nice way to bring her into the series rather than her just being Casey's friend like in 4kids and IDW.

I liked pretty much of this episode, after all casey are one of my favorites characters from tmnt, but i think that they committed the same mistake of 2003's series. They made a plot that was made to be two episodes in one.At least is what i think. Of course that I want to see Casey team up with Raph and became best friends and all that kind of stuff. But that dosen't mean that i want to see this happens in less than five minutes. Just my opinion though.

I liked that scene too, that footbot on the train seemed stronger than the others. And after that fight, I want to see how they handle Raph and Casey's next team fight.

Great episode! I've always liked this new Casey since he was introduced on the show. He seemed to me like a kid who I could imagine growing up to be like the Casey from the first movie, who was always my favourite incarnation of the character. The thing that really took it to the next level in this ep was the 'Travis Bickle factor' he had goin' on!

One thing I wish is that I hadn't seen his painted face on the action figure before seeing the reveal in the ep. Lost it's impact a bit :\

I miss the 2003 Casey, while I got used to the 2012 version now I still don't like him as much, though Josh Peck did do an excellent job on his voice.

Donnie did seem a little off right now, maybe some thing really did happen last episode, maybe between Casey x April?

I've always been a big fan of Raph / Casey's friendship, always fun so

I'm still getting used to this Irma version but so far I'm liking her

Action was great, poor Leo though

Over all, pretty good. Boy am I glad the shows back

How do you know Casey hasn't been training his whole life too? They haven't given him a proper origin yet. Right now he's just some kid April goes to school with.

Agreed. We've seen what happens when some average kid who has probably never sparred before in his life (Timothy) tries to get in on the action. It isn't pretty. But from what we've seen, Casey isn't afraid to take a few punches and really put in the actual effort to make it a fair fight. For all we know he's taken martial arts classes before, or hell, has been in enough street fights to have learned how to defend himself. Unlike April, who never told Splinter she'd ever learned any sort of martial art before he offered to train her, we don't know that Casey is going into this totally blind.
