2014 TMNT Figures - Page 36

On the topic of Mutagen Man & his pupils or lack thereof- we picked up all 4 figs at a Target (or maybe TRU, can't remember) and then found a pupiled one at one of the stores we went to later that day- so we just exchanged it. Apparently we got lucky. We saw 4 MM that day on only 1 had pupils. Not sure of the overall odds of getting pupils, but that is what I can contribute as far as info goes!

Get the Squirrelanoid, or the grass kicker, that's a pretty fun vehicle.

Yeah the shuriken shooter feature is really cool! You just have to make sure you push the lever in all the way (you'll hear a click). I wasn't at first and kept getting it jammed! I think it's my favorite vehicle so far!

I love shooting the shurikens but I'm having a hard time knocking other figures down.

I haven't even tried aiming, lol. My son and I just get a kick out of me shooting them and runs and picks them up! He loves to tell me 1, 2, GO! and then I shoot them.... simple pleasures, lol.

Can you get decent aim or is it just that they don't hit at the right angle/velocity to knock over other figs?

I get a decent aim on the figures, they just don't knock them over. But you have to position the vehicle correctly to actually hit the other figures. It's still really fun to shoot them.

I usually don't do vehicles til they're on sale. I might just skip the Grasskicker and save up for the blimp, it sounds like quite a treat especially if they make the balloon part something less fragile and has a glider feature like the old one.

I used a ball point pen to put pupils on my MM, and he looks exactly like one that would already have them. If I didn't know better, I wouldn't even of known the difference.

This may not be the right spot to mention this, but who else do you guys think will get a figure this season? I actually would laugh and love it if they make Fungus Humongous, a mushroom mutant villain that will appear in the same name episode two weeks from now. I don't know if they will make Ice Cream Kitty or Pizzaface for pretty obvious reasons, but it be interesting if they do.

They'll make Pizzaface. Heck, at the rate Playmates is going, they'll make him before Karai.
He may be a big blob with probably only arm articulation at best, but would it be any worse than Spider Bytez? Plus kids love grotesque monsters. (At least I did)

Ice Cream Kitty (ICK) will probably come as a 'little buddy' for a future Mikey figure much like the 'little buddies' of the vintage toy line.
