I'm calling it now. Kurtzman is going to be mutated by the end of the season.

I was wondering that as well. My question is would he be a new character or a character from past TMNT mythos?

I notice that whenever a model looks kinda thrown together (doesn't look as good as say April or Casey), they're normally the ones that get mutated. For Kurtzman, he looks pretty well put together, but at the same time it would seem right if he were mutated.

heeey I thought Bradford and Xever looked good....and April's dad didn't look that thrown together

Like others, I really didn't care for this episode. The first 5 minutes were cool until the Kraang got involved. I liked that we got to see Kraang Prime again (sort of). I also liked that we got a little more info on April even if it was what many on here have predicted.

It's just tough for me to like any episode that focuses on April because I'm not a fan of this version of her character at all.

Between this episode and The Mutation Sutuation, I'm not a fan of Brandon Auman's writing style thus far.

I'm pretty sure April's dad said the same thing to Leo and Raph last season too.

It answered most of the questions that the S1 Finale brought up. But I do have a few problems/nitpicks that I'd like to address:

-During the fight in Kurtzman's apartment, apparently Leonardo's swords are so strong, that they're able to deflect laser blasts like a Lightsaber.

- Where was Casey while all this was happening?

- Why would Mikey crack a joke about April being a mutant just MOMENTS after she found out that she wasn't human?

I give this episode a 7/10.

Nick aired the episodes out of order. Technically this happened before the events of The Good, The Bad & Casey Jones.

Alright episode overall. Glad they explain more about April's powers. Hope we get more details about what happen to April's mom in the future.

he wrote the episode....if that's true...yea...not becoming a fan of his writing either.

how come he always has to make Mikey say something insensitive to April!? XD

And based on the episodes he's done, he seems to be the go to writer and doing the main storyline episodes.

He's one of the head writers of the show, and did some pretty good work on Avengers: EMH, but yeah... He's written the worst episodes of this season for sure.

The very end was awesome, especially with April slicing the heads off of her clones, but the rest left something to be desired.

Kurtzman was interesting, and I got a kick out of his Kraang collage (especially pilgrim Kraang lol), but it was just the tiniest breadcrumb of information about April, and it still doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I guess they're gonna eventually have her end up with Donnie and they want to set that up, but she isn't so much of a "mutant" as she is half Kraang. Still a freak though lol.

I enjoyed this episode, while not as much as last weeks this one did have many great moments.

Did it follow the same formula that most episodes involving the Kraang? Yes, to a certain degree but with the plot revolving around April this week I was heavily interested in what they were going to reveal about her.

The episode started off really fun but did start to drag towards the end, otherwise it was more entertaining then some of you are giving it. Some of you are just finely nitpicking it.

I don't understand why the most interesting part of the episode, Kurtzman, got the least amount of screentime?

Episode would have been so much better if he played a bigger role.

I'm sure he will in later episodes, Since he seems to know a lot more about the Kraang then the Turtles do. So they'll need to get in touch with him again at some point.
