Clearer look at 3 of the Toys from TMNT 2014 - Page 3

Hopefully, Raph really does pop out the top and man a weapon.

*TigerClaw* · 02-17-2014, 11:19 AM

Its no doubt that the Turtle Van stuff will be enhanced with CGI since its supposed to be equiped with all sorts of cool tech in it.

Just to be sure, have we seen this shot?

Me neither. Found it on accident looking for any footage of it doing something.

Neither had I. My guess is there's a lot of CGI involved with the van. And apparently the pop-out feature present on the toy is in the film. A rep confirmed it’s from the movie.

TBH, I think there's a lot of CGI involved in the film in general. We never really got a good amount of set pictures, for example. If you break down the ones that we did get, it probably made up a couple of scenes. I think there was a lot of studio shooting for this film.

Yeah. Most of it, we've only seen because it was shot on public streets. It's cool, because it still feels like anything can happen.

Do they pop out the top like this?

Poor Mike, he can't claim to be the "cutest Turtle" in this iteration. And that bandanna - yeesh!

This is the first time I'm seeing this one.

psychturtle · 02-17-2014, 06:27 PM

I've never seen that angle before.

Turtle-X · 02-17-2014, 09:07 PM

i'm curious how articulated they are. with everything covering their body it seems like hinder movement. toywise that is.

*snake* · 02-17-2014, 09:12 PM

I got a good picture of all three Lego sets. The lair is pretty nice.

I like it, they look pretty cool.

*Ecto Jedi* · 02-18-2014, 06:27 PM

I thought the "Ninja Turtles" logo we're seeing on this packaging had been replaced by a full "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" one very much in the style of the old Eastman and Laird logo?

Oh, I agree. But at least there's a reason for it. The movie designs...well...I have expended all of my words.
