Joints can be hidden. Ball joints are hard to hide on a figure like MM, but it can be done.

We recently got into TMNT Legos (my son and I). I was able to hold off until I saw the new Kraang Lab small set with Mikey & the Kraang in a mobile pod. Then we got the big sewer lair and Shredder's bike (my least favorite set thus far). My son is only allowed to play with them under close supervision (he'll turn 3 Friday) so in between times they stay in my office. I felt that he didn't have a lot of play space for how big the lair should be so I added the "living room" area we see the turtles hanging out in with some extra Lego blocks we had lying around. Hope ya'll like the "day in the life of" scene I've got going.... I took a little liberties on my sewer lair construction, lol.

Yo........this pic and the other ones in that album are freaking awesome! Really great pics, man...
.... kind of tell a story like the other three are looking for Leo. ...But that shot of Leo reminds me of the first movie when he's meditating on Splinter. Really cool...

Thanks, dude. Amateur photography is a hobby of mine and I've only now discovered how much fun it is to do these sort of storyboard pics with action figures.

They were in fact looking for Leo, as I moved and he was in another box. The meditation scene is exactly what I was going for there, and was my inspiration for the nature pics. I thought it appropriate.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the compliment.

Re: Leo's swords - yes, definitely. The regular ones kind of bugged me at first for some reason, so I bought an extra original Leo to get another one. To be fair though, I've grown fonder of the regular ones. I'm ok displaying my Battle Shell Leo with those. I think the others just more appropriately fit with that meaner-looking Leo, for some reason.

I still need to do a chain mod on Mikey's chucks. Been putting it off for what feels like forever now. I'm really just afraid I'll mess up, to be perfectly honest.

Mix and match

I just love mixing together old school figures and having them team up with the TMNT to raise shell!

Glad I'm not the only one! I like imagining "turtles forever" like scenarios taking place. Also I can't believe Toxie is fighting against the turtles, shouldn't hideously deformed mutants of superhuman size and strength stick together? For shame, Toxie... For shame.
