No kidding! Yes, Cubed- ALL animals have one! It may not LOOK like ours, or even be visible, but it IS there. Male spiders even have their testes in the palps- which are those two small "legs" next to their mouths! Both palps act as a sort of "mini penis" that extends into the female's reproductive tract.

So, yes, ALL male creatures have one, even though many of them are far different than ours.

Either that, or he never realized what/where that "little hole" was. Cyber, I'm not sure if you really are that uneducated in regards to basic biology, or if this is some kind of crude joke. Seriously- do a search on animal reproduction, and then tell us what you find. The whole reason for having separate genders is that each one has the organs for its part in reproduction- in other words, boys of any species have some type of willy, and the girls all have some form of uterus. (or whatever other term applies.)

(Also, cats keep it "sheathed" mostly inside, with just a small portion outside the body, protected by a fur-covered pouch. The actual organ only comes out when they urinate or are, erm, "excited".)

Not all though.

Read my last two posts, PC. Even worms have SOME form of one! (And that's even stranger, because they have the parts of BOTH. They are hermaphrodites....) So do fish- it's just not extended in most species. They fertilize the eggs from internally positioned organs. But some species DO extend part of it outside the body during mating. (Sticklebacks, cichlids, and a few others I can't recall ATM.)

The thing is, most species keep it hidden unless in use. It isn't always visible, but the parts are there. Even if it's simply a tube that sperm exits from, as in most amphibians. It's primarily visible mostly in mammals, however. And in birds, when mating. Ducks in particular have some truly bizarre ones.... (Don't ask me how I know this, it was a really disturbing discovery.... )
