The part where Jammerhead placed some weird disk on Donatello in 'Enter the Jammerhead'. It's a long time since i saw that episode, and i can't remember if they touched up on that weird disk.

I am on the other end of the spectrum, I love the style, it is my favorite style I love the depiction of the turtles and splinter and as well as April and Casey.

As far as taking themselves too serious, you can say that, but I actually enjoyed it. I don't think it was over the top especially when I think of Fast Forward or BTTS.

Some of the best episodes are after that!
The bishop story arc is amazing.
The Triceraton arc is also pretty good.
I also like the Rat King episodes.

That's pretty bizarre since that's like 85% of the show. And to not enjoy any of it I wonder how you can be a TMNT fan in general, as all those aspects are in almost all the other cartoons/comics.

I'm very curious about what you're talking about. I just watched that episode not too long ago and I don't remember that happening.

I hear you, dont get me wrong, i love ALL the tmnt stories, but the beef with the shredder is by far the most entertaining. the only stories i haven't experienced is the Image comics run, cant find them anywhere

Why aren't people allowed to dislike or hate a show without you jumping all over their throats trying to correct or disprove them? This is the 'things you didn't like about the 2K3' thread, not the 'say something you hate about the 2K3 and have Cybercubed prove you wrong' thread.

Its not about opinion, I was refering to why he felt the show was too sci-fi and they didn't fight human enemies. A bizarre complaint for this show

This has probably been said before but.whenever 2k3 Mikey has a touched of compassion or displays how humble he can be it's retconned the next episode

The worst example is in Graduation day. At the end when he passes all the trials he doesn't accept his promotion to chunin. Feeling he himself hasn't changed and is still a self center arrogant slob. C'mon 2k3 Mikey even admitted he was a a-hole I was very dissapointed the writers didn't take nothing away from this.

2k3 could have handled the character development of any turtle that wasn't Leonardo far better. There just wasn't enough focus on the others.

However, I feel that the writers wanted to do more and explore the characters further. The introduction of Fast Forward/BTTS was very clearly the result of executive meddling; if that had not happened and they were allowed to continue the show as it was going, I'm pretty sure the other turtles would have gotten better development and some arcs. So I can't be too upset about that, since the characterizations were strong and consistent which is more than what could be said of the other shows.

My oldest brother doesn't like the theme song either. I've taken notice that the damn theme song plays like 50% louder than the rest of the show.

I love it, though, personally.
