Thanks for all the pics, it is really helping to influence my purchasing choice on these figures.

About the Crush soda: did you get that at target too?

Is there any evidence of the evolution figure packs being held in the back of stores? I'd rather grab those if I could.

Since it looks like a repackaged basic figure + 2 extra smaller figures.. it would be a waste to buy the basic figures if you knew you wanted the evolution packs

dpci number for it would be awesome... if Target carries it

I had no idea this was something that was happening. Any pics would be awesome.

i just checked again with two local stores... they still have 48 of the figs at each store so nobody in my area has tried to buy any yet. Not sure if that is a good sign or bad

One store (in the city) said the price is 10.99... so yeah, not going there. The other stores are all 8.99 as usual.

I will have some figs tomorrow. Hope I like them!

I have a feeling that it is going to be July, since I contacted Playmates via email and asked them when that wave would arrive. They told me July/August, but I'm guessing it might be late July to fit in with this timeline.

They also told me Karai won't be out out until 2015, so no Karai figure for this year.

Do you have any pictures of them? They are overdue for updated paint

This pic comes courtesy of http://www.youtube.com/user/combi101 :

He didn't get shots of the others, but he did say Leatherhead has a darker brown on his wraps, the paint on his back and chest is different, more yellow eyes, and his grommets are painted!

Yeah that's definitely more noticable paint differences to me...

First impression: great, about time

Second impression: uhh do I have to rebuy these now? not cool!

I will be on the lookout for paint changes when I go toy hunting tomorrow. I will snap pics if I see anything that looks different. No promises

Those movie figs look really awesome! I can certainly see the similarities with TNM Turtles. I'm not interested in getting them at the moment, but I have a feeling that they might grow on me.

Oh I so now want to see how much better the new Snakeweeds are! I need to know what improved on an already great figure. Was it that big a difference?

Usually not a fan when toy reviewers don't speak in the review

but... the music is pretty awesome :p

really like the sculpts for these figures... rather the movie designs grow on me or not there is no denying they packed some nice sculpting in these small figures.

I just can't accept the fact that these turtles can't store their weapons except for Leo. Not to mention no ankle or wrist joints?! Like come on at least the wrists at best.
