On the opposite end of the spectrum, I can't wait until the LARP Turtles and Mikey the Turflytle comes out (buzz buzz). But on the subject, I wish Playmates would make accessory/costume packs that we could snap onto our Battle Shells...but I guess there's no money in that.

Aren't there only like three guys. I wouldn't mind them as figures as well as Bradford and Xever. These may never happen, but I would like these guys in my collection, and regular Karai.

The LARP turtles look awesome, especially Leo. Can't wait to get them. They're lucky they were able to hide all of the missing paint apps with the costume accessories...look at the picture where they took Leo's cape off, the entire shell, including the belt, is in the same green as his skin.

Oh, and the exclusive Leo that comes with the assault van looks great! Pupils and everything...why couldn't the normal figure look like that? I'd get him, but I don't want just ONE of the turtles to have pupils/better paint apps...

I'm sorry if this question is posted in the wrong forum, but am I the only one who's planning on updating the movie Turtles paint apps myself? Besides the eyeballs, the Turtles don't seem to have many problem areas. Here's what I'm planning to paint. Let me know what I'm missing:

Mikey: Silver jewelry detail on smaller necklace, back of neck and left wrist. And I'm guessing the kneepads and elbowpad but I'm not sure.

Donnie: Goggles and toes.

Raph: Nuttin' but eyeballs.

Leo: Handguards, buckles, wraps on thighs.

Dont forget the upper part of Mikey's chest/plastron, that's unpainted too.

YAY!!!..i got one. called my local store and they have them in back i only picked up Leo (thats all the wife said i could get ) ohh well ill be going back up this weekend to pick up the rest hopefully

👍👍👍👍 Nice catch! I didn't even notice that Mikey was wearing a v-neck shell!

There's also wrap-around armor around the back of Leo's thigh's that I'm going to assume is grey like the armor on the front. Maybe I'll wait until more detailed photos are available before I start. An artbook perhaps?

To be 100% honest I am not sure who else from the show so far I would want more than Karai. She has played the biggest role in the show compared to any other secondary character that hasn't been represented in toy form already. I feel that makes her the biggest gap in the toy line. I could get on board with a baxter human! A pulverizer figure would be pretty cool too. It would be neat if they introduced bebop and/or rocksteady this way. A sdcc 2 pack exclusive for those two would be fantastic. I am happy as long as it isn't a turtle or shredder. Other characters need some love too! Good suggestions though Vaughn!

Slash 2.0?? Larger scale, better paint apps, and a purple belt?! Works for me! If they can do it for shredder it isn't out of the question to do it to slash or leather head. The possibilities are endless for the con exclusive. Go all out is what I say.

You can see in my sig, i get off on repainting the figs to more resemble their screen counterparts. So, i'm already planning on fixing these movie figures. I won't keep them for myself, i'll probably sell 'em of give them away to someone who'd appreciate them more than i would. It seems like a bit of a challenge to make them look presentable, and it looks to be a lot of fun to paint.

I'd be for this, but with the news that they're re-releasing figures with better paint apps, i doubt they'd also release larger versions as well.

I am, however, in the design stages of a proper scaled Slash figure. It's looking to be 5 PoA if i'm lucky, but i'm hoping i can get a decent enough mold out of it for some quality castings. I'm not holding my breath, though. It didn't work out too well for my Pigeon Pete.

Why is pixel dan the only toy reviewer that seems to get early access to these figures? O.o

Notice in the video even more characters are removed from the back of the card this time? Including the Wave 1 turtles, plus splinter.

I really wonder what the case breakdowns look like lately. They can't fit every figure into every case. Heck they can't even fit 1x of all the figures shown on the card backs attached to these LARP turtles!

ok heads up everyone trying to get ahold of these figures, the actual number for the figures is 087-06-0461 not 087-060-0461 i was told that number corresponds to Terminator action figures so anyone having problems try that first number im on my way out to complete my set
