Jason Biggs recast as Leonardo. Seth Green to replace him

Well, I guess the absolute silence on this issue from Nickelodeon and Biggs said it all...

Feelin' torn, guys! I will miss Biggs a ton, but I do like Seth Green, and I'm very interested to hear his take on Leo. He's a solid choice - I get the feeling they want something of a "name" for that role and he's basically a voice-acting workhorse at this point, and less of a potential PR liability than Biggs proved to be.

If Biggs was fired because of his controversial tweeting... well, that sucks. I honestly don't see how any kids would make the connection or care -- I had no idea about Robin Williams' raunchy material when Aladdin came out -- and I hate the idea of rewarding the easily-outraged puritan parent brigade, because that'll only encourage them to complain more often.

It's only temporary, right? We don't know about his work ethic, right? Anyone who thinks he left the show due to scheduling conflicts alone is delusional.

I am happy for Green though and really look forward to his take.

I can't see Biggs getting fired for what Green gets paid by Cartoon Network to do. That just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Seth Green will probably be fired in a year and a half too. This is a guy just as controversial as Biggs and made a name for himself for adult humor and childish antics.

Am I the only one seeing official confirmation for a fourth season? That's cause for celebration, even if the casting of Seth Green is a bit puzzling. Shouldn't this news get its own thread or something?

I have to say with all the speculation that Biggs would be replaced, I didn't foresee Seth Green becoming Leonardo.

I'll wait and see. Biggs surprised me, let's see see if Green can do the same.

4th season has been confirmed for a while now. The only thing new here is the Seth Green joining and the 20 episodes part. They basically only mentioned the season 4 part as a way to "fill" in the article with more information.

I was kind of floored with how much I loved Biggs and Astin in their respective roles.

Green's a talented guy, and I'm certain he'll bring his A-Game to the recording booth.

I'm keeping open minded over Seth Green voicing Leo as he is an experienced voice actor.

As far as Seth Green I like this casting choice. I don't watch Robot Chicken regularly and I have not seen Family Guy in a long time, but his work on the shows is very well-done.

From my understanding Jason Biggs left due to Orange Is the New Black. He's gonna be in the show more and wasn't able to do both shows.

I love Seth Green. Sure some of the films he's been in have been a bit meh but his voice work is pretty good. Altho his Rick Jones/A-Bomb in "Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H." is annoying.
