Grabbing up leadership alone does not a similarity make. Might have done him some good in terms of self improvement to understand the long held qualities of Leo and aspire a little more to relate to the character...

Will miss his voice work for Leo, but... ah well, his loss, back to the pie where he belongs.
I thought he was more making a joke there. But is there really anything wrong by liking a character because he's a leader? But yeah, Leo (as a character) has some traits people could use to improve themselves, I agree on that.

Overall, Jason did have a good grasp of Leo's character and how he needed to portray him IMO.

I was wondering, do you know from which episode that GIF is? I don't recognize it.

It looks like it's from the pilot, when he talked about stopping Snake, which Mikey responded "Then we got ourselves a van!"

Not sure what one it comes from, though jth's guess sounds like a good one though. Tried Google image search again but it only finds one and via a random site that offered no clue, sorry. :\

*sigh..* ..no. Just me reacting very slightly and unnecessarily annoyed at someone with his personally claiming to fave my own fave but for a cheap sounding reason. (Ok, ok, so I like to think many adult Leo fans are at least like minds to some degree... while Biggs annoys me as a human.)

@ IndigoErth

No problem. Thank you for your reply.

Heh, that's a nice picture. Especially love the mask.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. Long time ago I watched that episode.

Pretty sure he was being facetious.

Did Seth Green play Scott Evil in the Austin Powers movies?

Call me crazy, but if you enjoyed something, you wouldn't sit around and wait for the people you work for to give you "permission" to promote what you enjoy, you'd go out and do it because it's something you take pride in. I highly doubt Sean, Rob, Greg, Mae, or even Kevin waited for permission from Nick to go out and to about the show, they'd just do it because they enjoy talking about their work.

And distancing himself from it all is the worse thing to do because all that does is make you look more guilty of whatever you've been accused or rumored of. And if Nick decided that, shame on them; and if Jason chose that, then good riddance. The way you repair or help your image in public's eye is to do interviews and talk to people, not deciding to hide and distance yourself.
1, no one has to tell you ANYTHING. What exactly makes you think you deserve the right to know anyway? 2, if they ask him not to do something for a pretty damn reasonable reason then it makes complete sense for him to do it- especially if it works in favor of the show and keeping controversy away from it. I mean, were you under a rock when headlines were showing up about Jason Biggs, his personal views and the show? Come on now. And 3, Jason laying low (if that was in fact the goal) worked perfectly fine! The show is a massive success, he was amazing in it and the only time it became an issue was now that people heard he was being replaced. Nice try though.

Yes he did.

But of course, he's probably most known for playing Chris in Family Guy.

I don't really know if I will like Seth Green as Leonardo. It's a shame to see Biggs go since I really liked his take on Leonardo. Seth is a talanted guy and all that but when I hear his voice I can't see it going that well with Leo. I am however holding off any real negativity until I actually hear his take on the character.

... it's not ass-kissing to be nice to people. Not sure why my enjoyment in seeing voice actors being nice to fans bothers you so much.

Oh please. What TMNT fan is he not nice too? You guys are upset that he doesn't do promotional stuff for the show. My opinion is that you all are taking it way too personal. And don't expect to write something on a message board and be immune to people saying something.

Seriously guy - I'm not interested in arguing with you over Jason Biggs; I just think your tone is unnecessarily aggressive. It's not a coolness competition - why can't we be polite, even if we don't agree?

Yeah, I've been looking at YouTube stuff to get an idea of what he's done for other characters so I'm curious what he/they are going to go with for Leo. Hope they take/have taken the time to work out a good fit. Past characters he's done vary enough it's hard to even guess.

If they play it up as an affect of maturing I wouldn't mind if they played Leo up a touch deeper if an attempt at a higher tone doesn't sound right. *fingers crossed it's a nice change either way*

sad

Sad news about the renewal but good news about Seth. I like him as an actor and Biggs needed to go.

You don't even like the show. Why do you care who's on the cast and who's not?

Do you guys think Jason Biggs is crying right now? I bet when they first broke the news to him he probably tried to fight back his tears.

Either that or he cursed out the Nick execs as he stormed his way out.

I think he said 'Alright. I'll just continue working on my other successful show.'

I don't know much about Biggs outside of American Pie and what has been said here on the board, but I'm under the impression that he would've replied in either a nonchalant way or either an apathetic one.
