It's strange. That first line by Leo sounded dead on like jason, then he opened his mouth again and it was definitely dominic.

That's what I'm wondering. Not anything against Seth Green, but already Dom is beginning to get that emotion in his voice, if in some parts he already sounds pretty much indistinguishable from Biggs.

And besides, if we're going by the kids, would kids even care about who half of these big names are?

Dominic has a GREAT voice, his impression of Biggs' Leo is probably the best there ever will be. But he doesn't have anywhere near the acting chops of him or anyone else on the cast. & I feel bad saying that, as he seems like such a nice guy, but he sticks out hardcore among the rest of the turtles when speaking.

But that's my point, he could have started off as a stand-in but why didn't they decide to stick with him?

He's obviously improving and the acting would have improved if he continued into Season 3.

Perhaps the folks at Nick were more impressed with Seths take on Leo , lets just wait and see

Either that or they wanted a "big name" attached to the Turtles. Which makes no sense as this is a cartoon and you don't see the actors anyway.

So it's most likely not that point you just brought up then?

Seth is an experienced voice actor and I'm sure they chose hi over dominic because he did better voicing.

Either that, or maybe Seth was slated to take over for Biggs in season two after he got canned, but he wasn't able to do so because of other stuff, so they had Dom fill in. I don't think it bothers Dom at all that they didn't pick him, and I have a feeling Seth will do fine in the role.

Or they wanted a "big name" VA because they tend to work with other "big name" VAs and thus get along and enjoy working together.

Which after the Jason Biggs thing might be what they kinda...wanted?

It wouldn't be so awkward if she wasn't a kid. Kinda wish they had that kind of humor back in the day with 80s April.

Meh he is a kid too. Its not like she got her mind switched with hugh heffner, larry king, david letterman or woody allen.

There was absolutely no continuation if last episodes bomb explosion btw. Kinda strange.
