The wait for them to 'get there' and the build up of anticipation when Leo was almost there and then Mike... I tried hard not to think in such ways... so much for that.

Well, I think it's because aside from being "The Smart One", he's never been given much of a personality for anyone to relate to. And on the rare occasions when they try - like his "crush" in the Nick show - oh, man, do they botch it.

Feld-Don from the movies was always my favorite version. He was a nerd, but it wasn't the overwhelming part of his entire personality. He seemed more of a fully-realized character than in most other versions.

Even better? When every single person in the theater on opening night laughs uproariously at that scene, as if they'd NEVER heard it before, let alone in every single trailer several times a day for months.

I HATE when that f*cking happens. Glad I'm (probably) not gonna have to suffer that in person.
