TMNT Season 2 Official Info Thread

That episode was heartbreaking. It was nice to see some emotion from Shredder, and it looks like there will be some serious tension between Leo and Splinter. I don't like that they mutated Karai, though. This was a great episode, however. Super excited to see the Leo one-shot now. It's going to be badass considering Shredder's probably angry at him most because he was the one who was there when Karai mutated.

The mutation scene with Karai was just heartbreaking with the music. I have to say, this has become my favorite TMNT incarnation just because of how dark this episode and The Wrath of Tiger Claw were. I hope the hiatus is a short one because I NEED to know what happens next.

Yeah or season 3 but today's episode is the start and is going to build towards it, no doubt that Splinter is going to blame Leo which leads to lots of tension between them and maybe a big arguement, which could make Leo leave the lair and into danger.

Ciro said it's going to be in season 2, towards the end at least. I think it's going to be the finale.

Episode 23: Part 1 of the Dimension X story arc
Episode 24: Part 2 of the Dimension X story arc
Episode 25: There's a huge argument with Leo and Splinter like you said, Leo leaves the lair to cool off, and he gets ambushed by Shredder himself. Shredder beats the **** out of Leo and Leo tries to escape, indirectly leading Shredder and his men to the lair.
Episode 26: Shredder and the Foot take out the lair. The remaining 3 Turtles and Splinter try and fight Shredder with Casey and April helping, but they don't stand a chance and must leave.

That's just my prediction, and I'm so curious on what they're gonna do with the Karai story arc.

Yah, that's what I thought I read at some point. Man, after all the filler episodes things are finally getting exciting again

I think I heard we have a month long wait till the next episode

I CAN'T WAIT A FREAKING MONTH.
This episode really made this my favorite TMNT show, just of how dark it got. I HATE that they mutated Karai, but the execution was extremely well and it looks to be an interesting story arc. I wish they didn't have so much filler this season, but it was better than each episode being a Kraang plot like in season 1. I don't think the Karai story will be resolved until season 3, which makes the wait more grueling. The new episodes are probably gonna start airing around the time of when the movie comes out.

They always do this, every time they get to the best parts of the series they give us a freakin break ><

I thought they had a different plot for season three, new villain and different outfits for them and traveling outside the home for a while.

If any thing will likely find some information on how to help Karai in the season three final leading up to season four. Guess will see though, either way

Just look at it this way, this fandom has it way better than the Legend of Korra fandom, it took leaked episodes to finally get an actual trailer for season three and episodes finally released. Than we have another break the Fourth of July and start back up July 11th.

Pretty much yah, we weren't getting any thing till those leaked episodes were released by impatient fans. Finally after a week of them being out, Nick fixed it and cleaned things up and decided to give us an actual trailer and a date for season three

At least we have the comic con to look forward till than, they'll probably give us goodies on season three

Lol, I'm a LoK fan, too. I find these hiatuses are worse. And LoK season 3 has only 13 episodes, I dunno why Nick doesn't just run them straight through.

Oh and is there a movie panel? Considering the movie releases after SDCC it makes sense to do one at the con.

Considering that 90% of the show's VAs are at SDCC for other projects, it wouldn't make sense not to.

This could be something different for a change, instead of the usual Leo and Raph get into a verbal fight. And if Leo is getting yelled at by Splinter, something like that could do horrors to a child's mentality. I can definitely see why he would be caught off guard. (I never was a fan that Leo was out training alone and that's how he got caught. Especially with the thought of the Foot out on the hunt for them. It's just so, un Leo like)

A month isn't that bad as that'll go by pretty fast. My guess is that they'll start eps up again in August to coincide with the movie and then the season will end then. Not sure when season 3 will start up, but I'm okay with the whole month thing.
