Is anyone happy with the Kraang?

So I don't like the Kraang. From the first time I saw the leaked bio I hated the mere concept of them, making the Utroms a villainous hivemind and calling them the "Kraang"? What's the point? All they needed to do was name one Utrom "Krang" and everything would be dandy, doing what they did just seems like it would piss off both fans of the character Krang and the Utrom race. It's like in the most recent Spider-Man cartoon where they decided roll Harry Osborn, Eddie Brock and Peter Parker's symbiote arc all into one character, it's just not right.

Not to mention that they just seem to get more confusing, more boring and more pointless the more they're in the show...

Not happy with the Kraang. No personality, no development, don't like the idea a technologically superior race needs thousands of years to terraform Earth, and even almost two seasons later they still haven't upgraded their standard battle suits.

They would have been more interesting IMO if there was at least a separate faction which was different or opposed Kraang Prime. But as they are now, they're just not interesting. I wouldn't mind if they were replaced with another threat in later seasons.

Very one-note, have a very comical gimmick (biggest problem with the whole show is the irritable self-deprecation) and don't tend to evolve to outmatch their calibure of opponent. Wasted potential.

They have gotten redundant so I'm hoping they're defeated at the end of Season 2 and retreat to Dimension X.

We'll probably still see them in Season 3, but hopefully far less.

Didn't season 2 end already? I originally thought it was going to 26 episodes but the only confirmed season 2 end date was 2 weeks ago and no official release dates or even episode titles are out.

i'm in between. I like them because of the way they speak and find it ironic that for a species made of brains, that they aren't very bright. I also like when the Kraang insult other Kranng. "Stupid Kraang".

At least they did try to upgrade their battle suits....with chainsaw nipples and butt cannons.... I dunno. I guess I just don't have an opinion on them either way, but can understand why some would find them bothersome, as they are pretty redundant.

I'm personally wondering how things will work out once they get to the Dimension X story arc. Maybe there'll be more to them.

They serve their role as aliens, and they're hilarious. And mysterious. And squishy.

Yet another proof that you don't actually watch the show; the Kraang improve their technology literally every episode. There's always a new vehicle or weapon they use to take down the Turtles and did I mention Kraang Prime came closest to defeating the Turtles? If it wasn't for that space pod, the Turtles were done for right there. They didn't even stand a chance!

That's what makes them formidable villains, they endure just like real ninjas and that's what makes them perfect as enemies of the Ninja Turtles.

I like the Krang.
They are funny Brains (not smart) and their way of talking is really entertaining.

And Leo imitating the Krang was damn funny!

This is what I mean by "taking particular stock", I would have been a fan if the Krangg had the ability to draw me in as a serious threat, and I can't take them as that with their hang-ups evident from the start. They can have all the most intimidating weapons and advantages in the world, but it has'nt slowed the Turtles down a whole lot, just sort of side-tracked them, and with their irritable character traits, so what's the use in investing in them for the long-term? Shredder and his Foot drove the Turtles away from their city for weeks in the 4Kids cartoon, they evolved to outmatch their opponents before the first season was even in the middle stages and it led them to a humbling and critical defeat, I've yet to see that in this show, though they're implying we'll get that before long.

Nah, I don't really mind the fresh take on it in this case. Makes it seem like more of menace/threat to Earth that it stands to be overrun by some invasive alien species. Not just one alien bossing around Shredder as in the old cartoon. lol

Now, Roseanne Barr providing the voice of Kraang Prime on the other hand, I'll never be the same again... lol

Oh yeah, Kraang Prime! Her voice is incredibly annoying. Roseanne's always had an annoying voice, but as Kraang Prime it's painful on the ears. lol

They're hilarious. But battles with them got very repetitive very fast, and they always have that whole "take over the world because we just want to" plot.
