People would be chill if you didn't antagonize them in the first place. You say stuff like "whatever the hell some people ranted before" and people are gonna get defensive. Don't shoot snark at people if you don't want them shooting back.

And it's not being "fooled" if you take information officially presented to you at face value. I get that sometimes the powers that be have to lie to keep a surprise, but you can't act like folks are unreasonable for reporting on and responding to that official information for what it is. They gave them the exact information they intended to.

Here's a hypothetical, though: what if the producer's comments were a red herring and Fichtner either is or becomes the Shredder in the movie? Because that's totally possible.
