Now that they are using robotic Foot Soldiers that share Bradford's unmutated form and outfit, there may be a better chance of him being produced. After all, they can get two figures out of one sculpt. If nothing else, they may produce the elite Foot Bot and make an alternate Bradford head as an exclusive.

Was very tempted to buy Rahzar while at Wal-mart today... Ultimately didn't, probably won't, but still. He looks pretty good, missing paint aside.

It's rare for playmates to have a display figure with the minimal paint apps they were planning to use.

Toy News International hints at a Wave 4 Classic Collection reveal at SDCC:

We don't want to give to much away but we have it on good authority that Playmates will be among other things SHREDDING the curtain back on the 4th wave of 6" Classic figures.
Looks like a certain popular request may finally be fulfilled.

That's Chrome Dome.

Sweet. Kinda annoyed that it'll be 2015 before we see Tin Grin. He better come in a wave with either Splinter, Krang or Foot Soilders

I know there's zero chance they're not referring to the '87 Shredder, but... I would love it if they'd produce a screen-accurate version of the 1990 movie Shredder. Between the two, that's the one I'd rather see.

At this rate, I'd be surprised if Monkey Brains and Pigeon Pete end up with toys.

After seeing what they did with both Bebop & Rocksteady and the 1990 Turtles, I'm not expecting a whole lot... All I want is a good-looking Shredder with a decent compliment of articulation - forget about fingers and toes, just make sure he's got some goddamned hinge/rocker ankles. Shredder's a make-or-break figure for me - if he's up to snuff, then great, I'll continue collecting the line, but if they f*ck him up, then I'm done with Playmates' TMNT lines forever.

I wanna see 80s dimension turtle figures with painted pupils, happy faces, and pizzas and articulation as good as the turtle basics.

I can dream at least.

The local comic book store got a batch of the movie figures, just turtles and one Shredder. Man, they do not look any better in person. Apparently not even the guy owning the store bought Ny of them and he collects all the figures, at least one of each toy version of Leo.

It is possible that it may have extra stickers to put on like the Movie van and Grasskicker did.

I recently purchased all the larp turtles. My Leo the Knight and Donnie the Wizard have extremely loose limbs. Any sudden movement makes Donnie arms collapse downward and Leo fall because of his jerky legs. Anyone else experience this with these figures??

The LARP turtles have very similar builds as the Storage Shell turtles. Those are NOTORIOUS for having loose limbs and joints. So it does not surprise me in the slightest.

I tend to have very little self control when it comes to buying new TMNT figures. I don't like the look of the movie figures very much based on photos, but I figured I would probably pick up the set anyway. I stopped in a walmart last night to see if they had them in stock, and they did. There were two Leo's, one Mikey, one Raph and two Undercover Raph's. I was so unimpressed with them that I actually didn't buy any.

Also, this came up maybe a few pages back... walmart.ca had these figures at $16 online, but also had the same figures for $10 on the site. Didn't make sense to me, but another Canadian member said that he found them at Walmart for $10 each. The ones I saw last night were $16 each. Definitely helped with my decision to not buy any. I am pretty sure these will be buy-one-get-one-half in the near future, when they aren't brand new anymore. Maybe then I will get a set of them.

Any chance they were the basic figures and the "combat warrior"/deluxe version? I know the latter seems to be pricier though they don't otherwise look too much different.

Personally I prefer the 11" guys and own the Leo figure, just wish they didn't skimp one some of the paint as usual.
