I actually really like the lair. All the accessories and graffiti just add so much personality. The couch made of pizza boxes is actually very believable since some people already made a lot of furniture out of recycled material, surprisingly strong too.

I am also surprised at how accurate the character biography is. However in Raph's bio there is a bit of redundant traits, some similar traits are written down twice. Donny's and Mikey's bio both have some humorous touches lol. The bios are not 100% accurate but it is more accurate than IDW and 2k3 and 1987.

I am actually very excited for the movie and can't wait.

Honestly, the only thing that rubs me the wrong way a tiny little bit is the graffiti stuff... Maybe in some cases/places graffiti can be looked at as art or done intentionally as an art style, but the use of graffiti is still a little too gang related for my taste and because of it is, to me, a little bit clashing to be applied to the good guys. I'm sure the bigger "art" is probably just Mike or whoever expressing himself at home... Though each having their own symbol is awesome, I dunno about the line "The Turtles leave it everywhere they go!"... Leo, Mr. Plays by the rules boyscout defacing the city with his personal graffiti tag? Can't really see it. I'd prob want to climb in that screen and tell him it's illegal and I'm disappointed. lol

I tend to lurk until I have something meaningful to add. I didn't see the lair images up anywhere and I wanted them, so I got them myself and was glad to share.

It's great that these turtles have the skills of professional interior decorators. Literally, the only thing I'm not liking about the movie is that it's kind of over-designed.

If you think the lair looks like it was designed by an interior decorator you might need to find a new interior decorator then...it looks like teenagers designed that lair

The lair looks like it's in a catalog as a "teen's" room. No teenager I've ever met has had design sense like that.

EDIT: I mean, just look at it. The Sushi roll cushions, the Etsy-ish book table, the boombox wall, the fact that the art is completely generic and the fact that it is abnormally clean. Not to mention the skateboard chair.

It's too Hollywood, even if it is cool to look at.

and what book table? If you mean the coffee table it's made out of pizza boxes...
