I'm sure hoping so! I'd say it's a pretty safe bet we'll hear something.

We should know by Saturday afternoon/evening, depending on how good the wifi is at SDCC. I think the TMNT panel is 11:15am.

Bring on the youtube videos. Does anyone know anyone who's going to that?

That could be a good guess as to why they're holding off on them. Either that, or they want to put them in August to coincide with the new movie. Either way, I just can't wait for them to air.

I'm betting that they are holding off so there is no interruptions between the last of Season 2 and the beginning of Season 3. It could be just a formality, but it could also be that they have something intense that's going to show, and having a too long of a period after a cliffhanger is what they intend to avoid.

I have a feeling it will be if/when they are driven out of New York. Kids will be upset and wondering if the Turtles are OK, and they'll show Season 3 to 'reassure' them that everything is OK.

So, with Karai's new mutation, and the knowing that in the OT, Leonardo did have a fear of snakes, could we expect that fear for him in this show?

I'm not sure about that. It would have to be established first that he has this fear, and I think it would have been awesome if it had been shown in "Fungus Humongous" though the fear they did choose for him was still good. Then again, he did have a shocked look on his face when she mutated, but I'm not sure if he was afraid of her or not, considering he started to run after her. So I highly doubt he has this fear.

So is Karai gonna have any consciousness between good and evil with her mutation like between good and bad? Judging from her actions when she was mutated I guess not but then the tease at the end... I don't know haha

I want there to be a scene where the Turtles all wake up and realise that they are all wearing Raph's spare Bandannas. That would be a clever nod to the comics.

Very ot but still nick just pulled the final four episodes of legends of kora and are planning on streaming them online only. I'm not sure what this means for tmnt but a week from now last year was when the finale of season 1 aired in prime time.

I think they will have a break, just maybe a week or two though.

What surprised me in that episode is that none of them feared Shredder.

Yeah, but I don't think we need to worry about TMNT just yet since we have two more seasons to go that have been greenlit. Plus, LOK is on primetime, so that's probably why it got pulled while TMNT is on during the weekend.

Korra has nowhere near as big of an audience towards multiple age groups as TMNT does, so I wouldn't worry.

I'm not worried about it getting pulled, I'm hoping we get the episodes sooner rather than later. Maybe in Korra's time slot.

It has twice the adult audience TMNT has and the kid audience is around the same.

Yep. They replaced it with Spongebob!

Nickelodeon will never ever be taken seriously again!

Twice the adult audience sure, but same kid audience? I don't think so.

But they still only have 20 episodes for season 4, whereas all the other seasons had 26. Either it means that it has less 'filler' (which is odd, given that their reason for it before was so kids could be able to jump in at almost any point) or that is when they plan to wrap the show up.

They're not going to end a show when they paid $60 million for the franchise. Expect 7 seasons at the minimum.
