Well it does kinda suck to not have the series represented character wise, though I do appreciate the visuals that pay tribute to parts of the comics. Well, Leatherhead & King were created in the OG books, so there's that... but to the gen pub they're synonymous with the OT. Supposedly Triceratons are on the way, so that's cool. Fugitoid does seem a perfect fit for this series though. Hope he comes on board, too.

They confirmed the Triceratons which is why it makes no sense we didn't see them.

We didn't see Bebop and Rocksteady either.

In all honesty, the only time they mentioned the Triceratons was graffiti on a payphone. We DON'T KNOW if they will be featured, but it is possible they MIGHT be. It's too early to tell at the moment.

Awesome; I'm psyched!

Can't wait to see what they do with Mondo Gecko, and boy am I hanging out for the Leo one-shot.

If Mikey does end up having to survive on his own in Dimension X for a while, it could mean that he matures quite a bit mentally and emotionally, which would be interesting.

I wonder what origin are they going for with Mondo Gecko? I hope they go with the Archies Series Comic origin. The one from the 80s cartoon completely retconned the Turtles origin.

I think it will be completely new. Think of Slash and Rahzar as examples.

I'm wondering if the thing on top of Mikey's head might be a dead Kraang, and Mikey's wearing it for a 'hat.' That would kind of be really dark for Mikey, and would explain why he looks so serious in the concept art.

Well, I'm sure Mondo Gecko's origin will be like in the comics, Where he was a human before mutation. And given that there are still Canisters with Mutagen all over the city, I say there's a possibility that, some kid comes in contact with it and becomes Mondo Gecko.
