What?????? Really????? puddingpop gets band??? Hopefully everyone will settle down now

Anyway I hate to see this, but I am looking more forward to X-men Apocalypse, but I will still go.

I have to say I am looking forward to the fight scenes in the next movie.
My favorite scene from the movie was the Shredder vs Splinter fight.
That fight is up there with the 1990 film fight scene Shredder vs TMNT.

I have to give credit to them for that fight scene, just awesome.

The live-action Captain Planet has been in development hell for years; I don't think it'll ever happen, tbh.

A live-action Thundercats would be great (if done well) but given that the last cartoon reboot of it got canned after one season, I don't know if studios would think it's a worthwhile gamble or not. Thoughts?

Pop was definitely one of the tamer ones, although he did get himself swept up in the name calling as well... I have a feeling more may be coming ... maybe his name just came up first? I'unno, but if he got banned I'd figure he won't be the last one. Maybe it's temporary or probationary or something.

Hopefully it's temporary; I've never had any problems talking to him about non-TMNT2014 related subjects.

Probably a sign that things need to calm down a bit in the movie threads though.

Look, we don't know what it was about - I'm sure the mods had their reasons, which they're not under any obligation to disclose to us. They don't banhammer just for the hell of it.

I just learned about what happened to Robin Williams, now Puddindpop is gone too? This is a really sad day, two great men had been taken from us way too soon.

How can you compare one man's death to another simply being banned from a forum? Get a grip, man.

Please tell me you're joking. That's pretty disrespectful to the person who's actually dead.

Besides, it's probably just temporary anyway. Like the last time.

Things have been tense here, sure, but take a lesson from it: if you're one of the folks constantly baiting/trolling and insulting people here over a freakin' movie, you're probably going to be shown the door at some point.

Sorry for the late reply, but yes, I'd sincerely hope they would take the Nick approach this time around. I know PD had a few small show and tells, but maybe take a page from WB, and give the public a taste WAY early. Give yourself breathing room if it goes south, or the chance to build on the positives.

And don't go and make massive changes to integral aspects just because. Like if it is dimension x, don't say dimension y.

And that quote is perfect.

I'm really glad you made that late reply, because I missed that brilliant post the first time. Going to have to steal the application of that quote for a future video.

Never.. and I mean never! underestimate them.
In its second weekend. GotG still made a lot more money than TMNT in its first week and will likely have made a lot more money overall once the dust had settled.

TMNT has been successful so far, mind you. Not disputing that. But Guardians has been quite a bit more successful, so it's not exactly the "David vs. Goliath" fight some might wanna make it out to be.

Man, that's awesome. He's probably my favourite comics artist/cartoonist period, and Usagi Yojimbo is just so amazingly, consistently great it's humbling. I've heard he's a super nice guy, too, and this proves it. Especially with all the hardships he's had lately, he's still so genuinely kind. Stan is a great guy.

You stood on the shoulders of geniuses to accomplish something as fast as you could, and before you even knew what you had, you patented it, and packaged it, and slapped it on a plastic lunchbox, and now"
Also quoting to acknowledge how perfectly this sums up the situation. There's a reason most other studios will release little teasers and pieces of information well in advance to gauge audience/fan reaction, and then adjust accordingly - if they need to, they can "fix" problems before it's too late to do it competently.

If it's necessary it's necessary. Some folks just can't seem to behave themselves. Hell, we just have to look through the last five or so pages and see what jumps out.

Anyway. Good on everyone who's managed to handle their differing opinions without attacking and insulting people on a regular basis. I've even had some legitimately good discussions with people who loved/liked the movie because we were both able to disagree civilly.

Woooow, the mods really do ban the people they want to.

There is somebody on this very page that name called someone like 3 days ago and they're not banned, WTF man..

This is the crappiest ran Forum I've ever been part of. To bad I get good turtle info on here though.

Back to subject I would love to see a well written story that back tracks the Yoshi/Saki back story that ends with the invasion of the technodrome that leads into a third film.

Well I do alot more of reading then posting, and the crap I've seen amazes me.

There are 2014 lovers and haters, of those two groups there is some rational posters and there are some hard headed posters (we all know who on both sides). Of those two Puddin was a rational poster.

I'm on the fence of the movie more on the lover side, however I can honestly say that whoever runs this forum has more friends on the hater side, I mean its plain as day. Im not here to argue but its sickening reading this garbage the Mods need to be fair because they have not been.
