Sounds about right. Mid-November? 3 months is about the norm from theatrical to home video nowadays isn't it?

So by the time this film releases in the UK the DVD release won't be far behind.

I would hope so too, but I read somewhere that the director said there would be "no deleted scenes." I'm assuming to possibly cover-up any details about Sacks being the Shredder before. Who knows though?

That's what I'm wondering too. Anyone know?

Or you can just watch a blu ray rip of it on your blu ray friendly tv without special wires and a blu ray player. That is how I watch blu ray stuff.

the statue cost about as much as any of the statue/figurarts I already buy

and at least it's Raphael...he had the only good design of the four turtles
Spoiler:
not objectionable

Between this forum and some surfing, I now have a better appreciation for the huge leap in technology between DVD and BluRay.
Given how much went into bringing the turtles and splinter to life in this film, I can see it being a BluRay must.

What I want to know is if we will get deleted scenes particularly that of April and Vernon fighting Karai and Taylor driving Raphael and April to save the turtles in a Porsche that were altered from the script during reshoots.

Hahahahaha that is no where close to the same quality of the actual blu ray itself

If they reference Sacks being Shredder at all I wouldn't count on it. But if it's a stand alone scene I'm sure it will be on there. I hope anyways!

This man speaks the truth.

Not only it's hard not having a menu, subtitle (even it has, the font is usually horrid), no additional features or bonuses, poor sound quality, the pic quality and smoothness/frame rate are not the same as blu ray.

Chalk me up as one of the consumers looking forward for this preorder.

The lack of menu, subtitles, bonuses and features don't bother me. Not having that stuff doesn't bug me one bit. If I have them? Cool. If not? Oh well. The only time I would have a problem with the blu ray rips is if they are bad quality.
